Starting with a custom herbal tea and intention setting to prime your body, mind, and soul, prepare you to bask in the healing sound vibrations. Using crystal quartz sound bowls, Himalayan bowl, shamanic drum, shakers, chimes, channeled song, and light language, I create a specific combination of sound vibrations and frequencies to aim at the energy stored in our bodies that show up as pain, illness/disease, and negative emotions.
