reparation: Set the vibe - light a candle and turn on soothing music. Bring water to a boil and steep 1/4 cup of herbs (cover your pot/bowl) for 10-15 minutes. Test the water before steaming. Should be hot but not scalding. Do not burn your sensitive bits! Transfer to a large, heat-resistant bowl to steam. Drape towel over waist to keep steam in. Pro Tip: If you don’t have a Yoni chair, you can put the bowl in the toilet and sit on the seat, or get into child’s pose over the steaming bowl and prop yourself up with big pillows.
