Preparation: Set the vibe - light a candle and turn on soothing music. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, and allow 1/4 cup of the herbs to steep for 10-15 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool slightly. Test the water, should be hot, but not scalding. Transfer to a large, heat-resistant bowl to steam.* Drape towel over waist to keep steam in. Close your eyes, take deep slow breaths, and connect deeply to your womb for the next 10-30 minutes.
Pro Tip: If you don’t have a Yoni chair, you can put the bowl in the toilet and sit on the seat, or get into child’s pose over the steaming bowl and prop yourself up with big pillows.
