Drawing from Shipibo and indigenous traditions of Central America, plant baths have long been used to cleanse the body, mind, and soul of stagnant energy, emotional heaviness, and energetic blockages, allowing the natural frequency of the body to rise and realign.
You are bathed with a sacred infusion prepared from plants I have dieted with and carry a deep relationship with, grown in my own garden and tended with intention, while receiving intuitive bodywork to move what is being loosened. These are not random herbs. They are living allies with distinct healing frequencies, chosen intuitively for what you are ready to release and receive, shifting stuck energy through the physical body and supporting deep integration at the somatic level.

My path in holistic wellness began in 2015, guided by deep intuition, a strong connection to Nature, and a devotion to living from the heart.
My studies in permaculture and herbalism in Guatemala, and time with the Kogi and Wiwa tribes of the Sierra Nevada, keepers of ancient Earth wisdom, cultivated a deep connection to Nature that guides how I listen, connect, and partner with the Earth. My path with the Universidad de la Alqvimia expanded my connection to Alqvimia and Archangelic energies.
As a Holistic Alqvimia and Sound Medicine Woman, I harmonize the energetic, emotional, physical, and mental bodies through sound, intuition, and plant wisdom, transmuting density and guiding you back into clarity, alignment, confidence, and embodied self-worth.
Over the past four years, I’ve shared sound medicine and plant wisdom at retreats and festivals across Costa Rica and Panama, including Radio Venao, Reactor, and Yoga Gathering Venao, and continue expanding globally.

I’m based on a small finca in Playa Pelada. Quiet, lush, and evolving into a food forest with fruit trees and medicinal plants.
Sessions are offered in person at the finca or in the comfort of your villa in Nosara. Travel outside of Nosara is available upon request (additional travel fees may apply).
