This work may incorporate sacred medicines such as psilocybin and 5-MeO-DMT microdose. Each medicine carries a distinct frequency. Psilocybin often supports emotional opening, insight, and deep connection. A 5-MeO microdose can allow you to consciously navigate different states of your being. It can feel like integration of past experiences or a gentle letting go, as you move through layers with awareness, without losing control.

Drawing from Shipibo and indigenous traditions of Central America, plant baths have long been used to cleanse the body, mind, and soul of stagnant energy, emotional heaviness, and energetic blockages, allowing the natural frequency of the body to rise and realign.
You are bathed with a sacred infusion prepared from plants I have dieted with and carry a deep relationship with, grown in my own garden and tended with intention, while receiving intuitive bodywork to move what is being loosened. These are not random herbs. They are living allies with distinct healing frequencies, chosen intuitively for what you are ready to release and receive, shifting stuck energy through the physical body and supporting deep integration at the somatic level.

My path has been guided by deep intuition, a strong connection to Nature, and a devotion to living from the heart.
I began studying permaculture and herbalism in Guatemala, sitting with the Kogi and Wiwa tribes of the Sierra Nevada (keepers of ancient Earth wisdom), and most recently completing my first module of Traditional Medicine Doctor training with the Shipibo-Konibo people of Peru through the Oni Nai School and University of Pucallpa. My alqvimia studies with the Universidad de la Alqvimia deepened my connection to working with and clearing energy. Together, these have cultivated a deep connection to Nature that guides how I listen, connect, and partner with the Earth.
As a Holistic Therapist, I help you harmonize your mind, body (energetic, emotional, physical, mental), soul, dreams, and path, transmuting what’s dense or stuck and guiding you into clarity, alignment, self-worth, and confidence, and back to your Heart.
Holistic means whole. It means we don’t separate the mind from the body, the emotions from the energy, or the physical from the spiritual. Everything is connected, and everything is addressed.

I’m based on a small finca in Playa Pelada. Quiet, lush, and evolving into a food forest with fruit trees and medicinal plants.
Sessions are offered in person at the finca or in the comfort of your villa in Nosara. Travel outside of Nosara is available upon request (additional travel fees may apply).
